Sometimes things just don't work out – we get it! Here's the deal:

• Final Sale: Any item marked (Final Sale) in the title is just that – final. No returns or exchanges on those pieces, so make sure you really love it before you hit checkout.
• 14-Day Window: For all other items, you've got 14 days from the confirmed delivery date (shown on your tracking number) to send it back our way.
• Missed the Window? If it's been longer than 14 days, we can't accept the return – and you'll need to cover the cost to have it shipped back to you.
• Condition Check: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. (Basically, ready for their next home!)
• Oops on Our End? If we sent you the wrong item or something arrived damaged, don't worry – email us and we'll make it right. Mistakes happen, and we'll fix it fast.
